Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband (SBV), der Schweiz. Blindenbund (SBb), der Schweiz. Geh\u00f6rlosenbund (SGB-FSS), der Schweiz. H\u00f6rbehindertenverband Sonos, der Schweiz. Zentralverein f\u00fcr das Blindenwesen (SZBLIND), Procap sowie der politische Dachverband Inclusion Handicap hatten die gef\u00e4hrliche Initiative bek\u00e4mpft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00f6ffentliche Finanzierung der Medien garantiert die Untertitelung und Audiodeskription (die laufende akustische Beschreibung des Filmablaufs) von TV-Sendungen sowie Sendungsgef\u00e4sse wie die Tagesschau in Geb\u00e4rdensprache. Private Medienh\u00e4user w\u00fcrden solche Angebote ohne entsprechenden Auftrag nicht produzieren. Eine solidarische Finanzierung dieses Angebotes, wie sie heute \u00fcber die Billag-Geb\u00fchr erfolgt, ist deshalb unabdingbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Untertitelung und Audiodeskription dank Geb\u00fchren<br><\/strong>Dank der Empfangsgeb\u00fchren stellen konzessionierte Medien zahlreiche, barrierefrei zug\u00e4ngliche Sendungen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Behindertenverb\u00e4nde und die SRG unterzeichneten im letzten Jahr eine Vereinbarung, wonach 1000 Stunden TV in Geb\u00e4rdensprache \u00fcbersetzt, 900 Stunden mit Audiodeskription versehen und 80 Prozent der Sendungen untertitelt werden. Dank den Billag-Geb\u00fchren untertiteln ausserdem die regionalen TV-Stationen einen Teil ihrer Informationssendungen. Diese Angebote w\u00e4ren bei der Annahme von \u00abNo Billag\u00bb allesamt entfallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politische Meinungsbildung gef\u00e4hrdet<br><\/strong>Qualitativ hochstehende Informationssendungen in Radio und TV sind f\u00fcr B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger mit einer Sinnesbehinderung von zentraler Bedeutung: Wer seine demokratischen Rechte wahrnehmen will, muss sich informieren. Deshalb sind f\u00fcr blinde Personen die Informationssendungen von Radio SRF besonders wichtig, da sie nur erschwert auf Printmedien ausweichen k\u00f6nnen.
